"Is it not a little bit early for Holy Night cookies?" Ramada had no complaints about Lilyth bringing her treats, but she was not expecting the colorful assortment that Lilyth was plucking from a bag from a familiar and dear bakery.

"Lord Mont said the same thing." Lilyth laughed. "They're training a couple of new bakers and offered a discount on their practice goods. He didn't have any complaints after that."

"Nor do I." Ramada reached for a frosted snowflake, and while it was perhaps a bit misshapen it was absolutely delicious.

Smiling, she licked her lips.

"I'll make tea."
