Lowe rummaged around in a cable bundle running to the Works GINN's left manipulator, fairly sure he knew what the problem was. There were always flukes, of course, but a lot of the work he did was just fixing the same kinds of things that always went wrong.

And sure enough, he knew this one. A couple of cuts and a replacement clip and Liam up in the cockpit testing the flex and another job done-

"Wonder what's next," he said half to himself as he put his tools away.
